FAQ:

Can’t I just plan this myself?

Absolutely! There’s no reason why you can’t plan and book a trip on your own. I’m here if you don’t know how to get started, don’t have the time, or need some guidance sifting through all the info out there.

Are you a travel agent?

No, I’m a Travel Designer. Travel agents are in sales, they receive commission for their bookings. They are often affiliated with certain hotel chains or brands. So it makes sense for them to steer you towards options that bring them the most commission. As a travel designer, I do all the research and design a trip based on your preferences. I’m here to help you maximize your time and have the best trip possible.

Do you book for me?

Your experience is the most important. Sometimes the best choice isn’t something I can book on your behalf (like an Airbnb.) During the travel planning process I will bring you several choices for you to review and book on your own. Or we will schedule a Guided Booking Session to book several items together.

If you’d prefer I book hotels, tickets, etc. on your behalf we can arrange this where possible.

What is a Guided Booking Session?

During the travel planning process I’ll provide options for flights, lodging, tours, etc.

Often it’s convenient to book one or more items together via phone or video chat in a “Guided Booking Session.” In case you have questions or issues with the booking process I’m right there with you!

Do you have any locations you specialize in?

Yes! I love planning trips to Europe (especially Italy!) and America’s National Parks.
